The RM Global Health website provides accurate and timely information about the prevention and control of biological threats to the people around the world. This information is presented by the Medical Emergency Preparedness and Response Administration.

If you suspect illness or disease from a bioterrorism event, please call your physician. If you have a substance that you suspect is related to bioterrorism, call 911. Do not transport the substance.

Malaria Awareness

Malaria kills more than 1 million people each year. Most are young children in sub-Saharan Africa. "Free Africa from Malaria Now" is the theme of Africa Malaria Day, April 25, which this year marks also the first US Malaria Awareness Day.
