What is an Oral Fluid test?

An oral fluid test is the collection of fluid directly from the applicant’s mouth using a sterile collection device shaped like a cotton swab. In select applications, this painless procedure may be used in place of a blood or urine specimen.  It may help to have a mint ready to cover the bitter taste experienced.
